This production line is the most advanced and fastest semi-automatic or full-automatic production line for metal barrels, by which producing different metal barrels in cylindrical, open-cap ringed, closed-cap cylindrical, and conical shapes is possible. Producing 220 Lit. barrels and other sizes, closed-cap and ringed barrels are used for storing and transporting substances in industries such as chemical, food, pharmaceutical, oil, bitumen, petrochemical, mineral, paint, lubricants, and resin industries as well as different types of solvents and greases. This production line includes all the machinery, conveying lines, and heating furnaces, painting chamber for barrel bodies in single or triple colors as well as the painting section for epoxy coating inside the barrels and painting the barrel outside wall.

Production lines can be designed according to the situation, location, and considered conditions by the clients. The equipment, machinery, transfer lines and the furnace are varied based on the production capacities, considered quantity of produced barrels per minute and the types of requested barrels, and this company provides necessary instructions and consultations to the industrial clients before their selections, for their optimized selection, the rates of investments, and other points considered by the clients.
